4. SP Referee Jersey with ONE sewn-in band

Designed for use in 2 man referee system for adult hockey.  One sleeve (right or left) has a sewn-in red or orange arm band to avoid confusion between delayed offside/icing or delayed penalty calls.  Same material and specifications as the SP Pro Jersey.  As pictured but with only one sleeve arm band.
