We recognize some shoppers are concerned about internet shopping and have taken every precaution available to protect your financial information, including using encrypted transmission (SSL Secure Socket Layer protocol) and a world class credit card processor (PayPal, no you don't need a PayPal account). If you prefer, you can place your order and provide your credit card info by phone or for an additional fee, your shipment can be sent C.O.D Contact us at refstuff@rogers.com or call 1-866-REFSTUFF anytime. COD shipments are very expensive.
SHIPPING
Shipping is usually via Canada Post Expedited Service, a good combination of value, speed and tracking information. Express or overnight delivery is available using Priority Courier, UPS or Purolator, again with additional fees. Please call us at 1-866-REF-STUFF if you need urgent delivery.
Shipments to the U.S. are via Canada Post and US Postal Service.
Shipping quotations on the invoice are valid for Canada and US orders only. Additional charges are necessary for other International Customers.
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties levied.
RETURNS
We will gladly refund or exchange any products within 30 days, assuming they are not used or altered. Please contact us at Refstuff@rogers.com for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning anything. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and shipping of any replacement items.
